One of my 2016 goals was to attend a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat. I recently got the news that I got accepted into one of the spring sessions!
Tonight, I need to figure out the best cushion height for meditation. The cushion I have is way to high and hard - it hurts my sitz bones and makes my legs fall asleep.
The video above describes the common posture mistakes and the one below explains how to figure out the cushion height. I think I will get the Prapatti cushion from the second video as it is highly recommended in the first one. :)
