Hooray, It's Monday!


I am leaving for the 10 day meditation retreat this week - my first one. Very excited and a bit nervous whether I can go through with it as it is very challenging.

Also excited about taking a train. I love train trips. I am planning which book and what snacks to bring with me for the ride. :)

I hope to post something before I leave - have so many things I want to share.
